Nana’s Kitchen Catering Policy

SERVICE STAFF

Our professional staff are available for $180/server for up to four hours. Each additional hour is $30/server.

OTHER SERVICES
Event Photography & Design for invitations available upon request.

BEVERAGES
ICED TEA or LEMONADE • $20 (per gallon)
With plastic pitchers, cocktail napkins, sweetener, lemons & cups
ASSORTED SODAS or BOTTLED WATER • $1.50 (each)

PAPER & PLASTIC
PLASTICWARE • $2.50 (per person)
Includes a dinner plate, dessert plate, fork, knife, and napkin.
Serving utensils are available free of charge upon request.

BUFFET CATERING AND EVENT PLANNING
We serve Buffet catering with the option of providing staff, décor, flowers,
custom menu and design.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pick up time.
Please contact us for any changes or cancellations.

HOW TO ORDER
We invite you to visit us at our restaurant or website. Orders e-mailed directly will be followed up with a confirmation within 24 hours. Advanced noticed will ensure that we have everything you envision for your event; however, we recognize that we live in a “last minute” kind of world, so please never hesitate to call us with same day requests; we will do our best to handle your everyday needs, and to experience the style of our food and family.
All orders require 48-hour notice unless otherwise specified on the menu or discussed with our staff. Menu items change with the seasons and are subject to availability. $100 catering minimum required.

DELIVERY
Food can be delivered to our surrounding clients. Delivery charges are based upon distance from our kitchen. We will arrange for delivery and provide an estimated delivery fee when you place your order.

DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
To secure your event, a signed contract and deposit of 50% of your estimated event total is required. Final payment is due prior to the day of your event, unless advance arrangements have been made.
